Cancel plan and auto renewal

Good evening,
Please can explain how we can cancel a plan and be issued with a full refund. As your site doesn’t allow me to do so. Also I want to be permanently removed from the auto renewal

You can cancel and request a refund for your plan within 30 days of purchase by going to your Manage Purchases page, locating the plan you wish to cancel and choosing “Cancel and Refund”.
You can find more information about the Refund process here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds
Only staff can disable auto renewals for your account. I’ve tagged your post with ‘modlook’ so they can assist you further.

The reason you couldn’t cancel it yourself is because you filed a chargeback against us, which causes your site to be locked and the upgrades to be removed from your account until the fraud investigation that triggers is completed:
It appears you’ve since cancelled the dispute, and we’ve refunded your payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
You’ve since also closed this account, so you won’t be able to post here again. Please reply to the account closure email we sent you if you still need any help with this.
