  Please cancel my plan and domain registration! Your faq instructions don’t work!!

  @tillamook671 I don’t know whether you were able to resolve this, but my guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.
