    How do I cancel my plan and get a refund? I just paid for my WordPress today and it has not yet shown up in My Purchases.

    Hey there, I don’t see a purchase on this account either. Did you create more than one account with us? If so, try logging out, then logging in using the email address that got the invoice.

    If you aren’t sure, could you send a link to the site you started?
