Cancel Plan Domain name

  Hello,

  I have created an account yesterday with a basic plan and a domain name. I would like to cancel both and get a refund (I should be still on time as I have created everything yesterday).
  I have wrote to the “Support Chat” but they stopped answering eventually. Anybody could help ?
