Hi there, i am helping a friend that has “accidentaly” renewed his premium plan, 2 months ago. What happens if we click on “Remove Premium”? Also, he got 84€ in pro-rated credits, not sure what that is? The site is barely in use and he jas never used his Premium features. Kind regards

If you want a refund you need to cancel your plan. You can cancel your plan within 30days of purchase in order to get a refund.
Please refer the link below to check how to cancel a plan and request a refund:
Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

Are you referring to the Premium plan attached to thirstyguysmallorca.com on your account or is your friend using another WordPress.com account? If so, what’s their site so we can have a look?

Thanks @thirstyguys. I can see the domain was renewed back in December. About pro-rated credits: those are credits that can be applied should you upgrade the site to Business, though it seems that’s not your goal here.
