Hi there,
I´ve got a quick question: we want to cancel our premium rate and want to use the free version. What exactly does this mean for our blog. Will it still exist the way it is right now (except WP ads and wp.com in URL)?

Hi there, do you have or are you using:
- More than 3GB of storage
- email forwarding or an email service like G suite connected to your domain
- a premium theme
- CSS customizations to that theme
- Simple Payments
- inclusion in WordAds program
- Support by Live Chat/direct email
Downgrading to the free WordPressdotcom website will remove all the above.

I just want to add that if you purchased the Premium upgrade plan for your site more than 30 days ago, and your domain more than 96 hours ago, you’re beyond the refund period and can continue to use your plan for the remainder of the period you signed up for (1 or 2 years depending).
