Cancel premium
-
I have never been able to make this do what I need. I would like to cancel my premium because number one it’s very confusing and two because it kept wanting to charge me again for another premium page when I already paid 99.00 a year. So please just cancel the premium.
Thank you.

Hi there,
Sometime people think paying for upgrade is like magic and they don’t have to do any domain mapping set up, configuration for CSS editing, etc. to make use of all of the upgrades in the Premium bundle. I don’t know if that the case here or not. Please see > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgradesProvided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard and then purchase another premium theme.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -
I want to make sure no future payments come out. That’s the main thing. i do not want the premium account.
Thank you

This was not for a theme i paid the 99 dollars and I’ve had this website for three years. So it wasn’t overnight.

Then cancel it, disable auto-renew and and request a refund please.
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
Dashboard > Store > Billing History -

Of course not because the Premium upgrade does not contain any premium themes at all.

P.S. The phone rang before I could apologize for posting “and then purchase another premium theme.” above in error. Sorry. Note that the rest of what I posted is correct.

I’ve disabled Auto Renew for your WordPress.com Premium Plan. It will expire on 2014-09-15.
If you’d like me to remove it now, I can do that, as well. Let me know, and I will remove it, ASAP.
