Hi, I have registered for the free trial premium but tried to cancelled it twice yet still not receiving any emails from wordpress. Can someone please help to confirm if its has been cancelled?

Dashboard → Store → Billing HistoryAre you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

I’m seeing my wordpress account is still under WordPress premium status. I tried cancelled it many times, but never receive any confirmation link sent to my email, just like it stated at the bottom.
“We’ll send you an email with a confirmation link for this action, please check your email for a confirmation link shortly as this link is only valid for the next 12 hours.”
Yes, I am logged in to the same user account that registered the blog.
