cancel premium plan

    Hi, I would like to cancel my premium subscription (for ‘machiavegli1531’), set to renew next March, but it does appear among the purchases. Can you please help me? Many thanks

    Hi there,

    I would like to cancel my premium subscription (for ‘machiavegli1531’)

    You will need to log in to that account order to cancel the Premium plan — only the owner of a purchase can manage it. Purchases can be cancelled from your Manage Purchases page:

    Alternatively, you can log in to that account and confirm you would like to cancel it and I can do it for you.
