Cancel Premium Plan & Get Refund

I have been trying to cancel my premium plan since January and I have lost patience already. WP doesn’t show any record of the purchase but I do have a transaction date, Reference number and $96.00 charge.

I don’t believe I had a URL when I bought it. Just my name Elvira Lopez, it was a Premium Plan and the charge was $96.00. I can send the proof of purchase with my credit card. (If I gave a URL it could be Gobesten.com? I don’t think so but you could try that)

The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from WordPress.com, and does not own a plan. You own two sites, https://happeningsandme.wordpress.com/ and https://goldenawakening.wordpress.com/, and they are both on the free plan.
I don’t believe I had a URL when I bought it.
All WordPress.com sites get a free *.wordpress.com address the moment it’s created, and it would have had to be created before you’d have been able to buy a plan for the site. That address should also appear on the receipt we emailed when you purchased the plan. You need to log in using the email address to which that receipt was sent to request a refund.
The domain, gobesten.com, is not registered with WordPress.com, but with NameCheap.com. Please give the free WordPress.com address of the site for which you bought the plan, and I can tell you the correct username you need to be logged into to request a refund.

Thank you for helping. When I bought the plan I believe I already had the two blogs. When I bought the plan I wanted to create a website, the only thing is that I have no idea how to go about it. It occurs to me that maybe it’s on my husband credit card since we were going to work together on this. I’m a bit confused it is for sure that I or we, my husband and I bought the WP plan.

I believe you that you bought a plan, but it is also for sure you did not buy it using this account. Do you have any other WordPress.com username accounts? Did you receive a receipt for the purchase via email? Have you tried logging into WordPress.com using the email address at which you received that receipt?

There is a WordPress.com account associated with that email, but that account owns no sites and have never purchased any upgrades from us either. I see that account submitted a support request to us two months ago also asking about the premium plan site, but providing no details like a link to the site. We replied to that email asking for more details but never received a reply in return.
We can only make changes to an upgrade if requested by the account that owns the upgrade, and it’s impossible to find the correct account if you cannot tell us what the site is.
I’m sending you an email to request more information we cannot post publicly in the forum. Please reply there for more help with this.
