  I also want to cancel Premium plan subscription not only Professional plan. How should I do?

  Hi,

  You can cancel a purchased plan via the Purchases page. Click on plan to view the details and the Remove button will be at the bottom.

  Refund will be provided if the plan is canceled within 30 days of purchase. If the domain credit has been used, the refund will be pro-rated.

  The screenshot as attached links. I purchase premium plan prior to professional plan. And I canceled professional plan firstly. Then when I want to cancel premium one, it cannot work. Please help me solve it.

  Are you talking about WordPress.com plans or JetPack plans? There is no Professional plan here but there is with JetPack

  I was able to cancel your Premium Jetpack plan and issued a full refund. You should see that refund on your statement within 7-10 days.
