Cancel Premium Subscription

    I have submitted two requests to cancel the premium subscription and have not received any email confirmation and the charge is still showing on my account.

    Maybe you have another username account and the site is registered under it.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    Do you want to retain the domain URL? Staff need to know your answer.

    I typed modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you so the domain URL will not be lost.

    Hi there,

    I can help you with this. Can you please just confirm if you want to cancel the domain as well?

    Please be aware that if you cancel a domain, you give up ownership of it and might never be able to register it again. We do not control if and when the domain will become available again. If you plan on using the domain with a different site, let me know and I can help you transfer it instead.

    If you don’t want to cancel the domain, I’ll just cancel the plan and refund the difference in cost between that and the domain.
