Cancel Premium trial please

I tried to cancel the Premium trial before the deadline but I was still charged for it. Error message: “A pay option has not been canceled and refunded. There was a problem with refund your payment. Please contact the helpdesk.” I sent a private message on March 21 to fix it but hasn’t received a reply.

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
