Cancel Premium Upgrade

Help! I upgraded with a free Premium trial because I thought it would allow me to integrate the Word Press Template I purchased. Not so! The template I’ve bought will not work with WP.com
I would like to terminate my upgrade to Premium ASAP and prior to the $99 pending payment on the 16th March. How do I do this?

You can confirm your billing history at > Dashboard > Store > Billing History and that’s where the transaction numbers are found. If you did not provide your financial information they there is no upgrade to cancel and no refund to ask for. if you did purchase an upgrade then provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
