Cancel premium upgrade but keep domain registered

  I need to cancel my premium upgrade but renew my domain registration. I don’t see an option to do this on the renewal screen. Can someone tell me how I can do this?

  If you purchased the Premium plan within the last 30 days, go to Manage Purchases and cancel the Premium plan upgrade. There should be an option to keep the domain.

  If it’s been more than 30 days, a staff member can unbundle the upgrades so you can renew the domain and let the Premium plan expire. For staff assistance, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread.
