cancel private registration

    I need help!

    How do I cancel my Private Registration?
    I requested Strato to transfer my domain helenazubler.com to another Strato and it has been denied by WordPress.com, saying that it has Private Registration.

    Hi there,

    helenazubler.com does not have private registration enabled. That was disabled two days ago when you requested the domain transfer code.

    We also haven’t denied any transfer-out for that domain, as we haven’t received a transfer-out request yet. In other words, your new domain provider hasn’t submitted the transfer code to the registry yet to request a transfer of this domain.

    Please ask Strato support to check this again, as I don’t see anything preventing transfer for your domain on our end.
