Cancel Profession Email Subscription

  Hello, I need WordPress.com staff assistance canceling a Professional Email (Titan) subscription for my domain midwesternspirit.com.

  When I go to My Purchases, I see this message:

  “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support.”

  I’ve purchased Professional Email (Titan) through Bluehost, and I cannot use Titan on the same domain from two providers at once. To proceed, I need the WordPress.com Professional Email subscription canceled.

  Please have staff cancel this subscription on my behalf.
