Cancel professional email purchase

    I have a free plan and for my site I purchased a professional email which now I want to cancel but it doesn’t show-up under my WordPress’s Purchases. When I hit Purchases, I only get the option to upgrade my plan, which I don’t want to…

    I am also frustrated because I cannot remove my paying option too!

    Can anyone help, please, so I can remove this monthly payment?
