My site http://www.soshousing.org is down.. error 500. Is this because I made a purchase to transfer my domain. I DONT WANT TO TRANSFER MY DOMAIN. Im very frustated. I made the purchase below not knowing what I did. See the receipt below for my purchase. I also have 4 questions below I’d like to know answers to please. Thanks
1. It took down my http://www.soshousing.org site
2. I try to cancel on the manage purchase page however it doesn’t show any purchase. My original site was harleyridingexperiences.com and
3. I was just trying to add my soshousing.org site to my WordPress account
4. I was trying to add my http://www.soshousing.org site to the WordPress app on my phone.

No, the transfer hasn’t begun yet, so it’s still a WordPress.org site with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. That domain transfer belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.
If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Once you’re logged in to the correct account, you can cancel and refund it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
