I can not contact support to resolve blog problem. I am getting no answers and no fixes. I want purchase canceled since it is within 2 days and I can not get an email to correct blogging issue with wordpress.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there and remove your credit card information.

Apparently the account is so screwed up with a non existent (deleted) account attached to it I cant upgrade either.

My credit card and or upgrade is not even there. I keep getting sent, after domain update, to a deleted account not the new account. The problem is not resolved. Apparently I cant upgrade even when I wanted a better theme.

Do you have another account? Currently, I can’t find any upgrades in the account under the username: michellekesling.
Please let me know which upgrade you want to cancel and under which account.

When I made the purchase it did not go through because it was the deleted account. Apparently the deleted account problem was corrected so I'll wait before upgrading and see if it works. Thanks. I am showing only one account now and the reader fixed. Thanks for the support. I'll get happy with it for awhile. Then I might make a purchase. I really do not like the free theme. Does the $99 a year cover all new themes too?

The Premium theme includes all new, free themes, but it does not include Premium Themes.
