  can i please cancel the purchase of domain transfer I did 2/20/22 at around 845pm? it took my site down.

  Which domain are you referring to? I don’t see any domain transfers under your account.

  We always recommend updating your DNS records before starting the transfer to ensure the domain keeps working. It sounds like it might be what’s causing your site not to load. You will probably want to reach out to the new registrar to see if they can accept the transfer right away so you can update the nameservers ASAP.
