Actually I sent a new customer support request, as I have not been successful into finding a way to get my blog in two languages using the current theme.
I wonder if you could help? I don’t mind keeping the new domain es.lydiacuervo.com as long as I can link it to my lydiacuervo.com, in the way I can get two blogs in two languages using the same theme? -
I’m not sure that I understand.
Are you trying to have two versions of the same blog, just in two different languages? If so, you will need separate sites for that and you will need to post any content to each site individually. There is no automatic way to have a multi language blog on WordPress.com.
You might want to look into switching to a self-hosted WordPress.org blog as I believe there are additional multi-language options by going that route.

HI and thanks for a prompt reply. Actually I would like to have the same blog in 2 languages. My theme supports only one menu: I might need 2 in order to have the same blog in 2 languages.
Any chance to get a 2 menu option set in my theme?

Switching to a theme that offers the features you want is going to be a faster solution.
Or just adding the link up on the existing menu.

That isn’t something that is an option on WordPress.com.
WordPress.org offers a significant increase in theme customization. As I mentioned before, if this is an important part of your site plans, you may want to look into migrating.

Hi there,
Adding a second menu to a theme is done by changing the theme’s files, which can’t be done here at WordPress.com (including with the Custom Design upgrade). Custom Design can help you change the look of your theme, but it can’t add features like a second menu that aren’t already part of your theme.
However, as Josh mentioned, there are other themes here at WordPress.com that have two or more menus. That’s your best bet if you are hoping for two menus on the same site.

Yes, you can set up two blogs/sites using the same theme and link them together. We have some tips for that in our guide to Setting Up a Multilingual Blog.
