  Your site is very difficult for a blind person to use. I cannot figure out how to cancel a purchase or to prevent automatic renewal.

  I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble, I’ll see if I can help. I’ve checked the account you are contacting us from and it hasn’t been used to purchase any upgrades — which suggests you have another WordPress.com account.

  Could you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your last purchase receipt or renewal reminder was sent to? If you reply to me from that account afterwards, I can disable auto renew for you.
