Cancel purchases

  I was attempting to close my site and it said that prior to doing so I had to cancel active purchases. I went to the manage purchases tab but I do not see the option to cancel this purchase. Please advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  A member of staff is required to remove the “never expiring” Premium theme Mood. I have added the modlook tag to ask if someone could assist you in due course.

  I have removed the Premium Theme, Mood, from your site, you may now close your account. Please note that closing an account is permanent.

  I am still unable to close my account, it still states that there is an active purchase. The mood purchase is still listed under the manage purchases tab. Please advise. Thanks, myyearoffindingmeblog
