Cancel Re-Occuring Payment

  • Unknown's avatar

Hello. I was the administrator of originite.com. Because the site is no longer available for reasons unknown, and I could receive no help from WordPress on this or any other matter, the effort is a wash completely.

Therefore, I once again request cancellation of your re-occurring withdrawl from my account immediately and termination of your services immediately.

    Thank You,
    -Rob

  • Hi Rob,

The bentonrp account you’re using to post here has never owned any paid upgrades with us, and we don’t have a credit card on file for you. So we have no way of charging this account for anything.

The domain, originite.com, used to be connected to your WordPress.com site via a domain connection upgrade and Business plan that belonged to another admin on your site, gdcarson. It appears that user cancelled the plan and domain connection upgrade shortly after the last renewal in August, last year, and then transferred ownership of the site to you, in the process removing themselves as an admin as well.

So currently there aren’t any upgrades associated with your site. If you want to reconnect your domain to the site so it will work again, you’ll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans to do that:

If you have any questions regarding the other user cancelling the upgrades on the site, please contact them directly.

If you want to completely close your WordPress.com account, you can do so from your account settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/account
