    I’d like to cancel an order but did not correct pay attention to what i was doing

    No matter what you need to be refunded, you should act quickly. New domain registrations are refundable within 48 hours of purchase. With other purchases, you need to cancel within 30 days of purchase.

    I made the stupid ERROR of deleting my plan before cancelling it and thus the ability to follow those instruction are not available to me is there unless i can retrieve it and do it as I am suppose to. I hope staff can assist.
