Cancel recurring payment and account

  Current website – itstinghc.com – is hosted through GoDaddy.
  I got a receipt today of my billing…
  I don’t know how to disconnect it, as I never used WordPress for the website.

  I however did open up a Blog – itstinghcblog.worpress.com
  A free domain.
  I was just wondering how can I get my money back and how do I cancel it to stop recurring.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What does it say the billing was for? Was it from WordPress.com? I’ll go ahead and tag this thread for staff assistance so someone can take a look at your account.

  The emails contains an order summary with a receipt number and a paypal reference. A subscription price for domain mapping of $17.

  similar situation to above – domain is govinda.hr. I am sure I have canceled all at the time of moving to another hosting provider.

  Same here. I’ve been charged twice, aug and sept for domain mapping and I don’t have that website. Please refund my money.

  You can only see your paid subscriptions when you are logged in as the owner of the account.

  Hi Darnell – sorry, I possibly got a bit confused with different accounts. Can you please tell me the username of the owner of govinda.hr account (if there is such thing, I assumed I did it all under my account, but possibly not, it was some time ago) and I will fish out the password and log in?
