  I have bought a redirect to magentratzerl.com. I would like to cancel the redirect.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure thing. I’ve gone ahead to cancel the site redirect to magentratzerl.com. In addition, I’ve asked our billing team to issue you a refund. I’ll let you know when I hear back from them to confirm.

  I’ve just heard back from the team and you’re all set with that refund now. Please note, it usually takes a few days for a refund to process and appear on a statement.
