Cancel Refund

    I went to cancel my plan and got a refund of $23, I would like to cancel this. Can I get back on my plan without paying the $47 and just cancel the refund of $23?

    Hi there,

    Once we issue a refund there’s no way to un-refund, but I see you’ve also gone ahead and already bought a new plan. You should have received a discount as you already had a domain on your site, but it looks like that wasn’t processed correctly, so I’ve refunded the rest of your original payment from November and linked your domain with your plan. In other words, you’ve only paid us the $47 for one plan and one domain now.

    You should receive that refund in about 10 business days.

    I see we had also sent you an email that the domain needs to be verified, but I see that’s been done already, so you don’t need to do anything else.
