Cancel/refund

    I paid 96$ and it said it refunded 78$ Why am I not receiving the whole amount? I found out im not changing hosting

    Hi,

    since you have never transferred your domain I have refunded the remaining $18.
    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
