    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to cancel a refund – once we process the refund on our end, we no longer have control over those funds, and we can’t just take it back from your bank again.

    Are you trying to restore your cancelled domain, londonfoodjourney.com? If so, I can send you a link to pay for it again, and then manually restore it to your account.

    If you plan on using that domain somewhere else, you can also just wait a few days – in this case your domain should become available again towards the end of the week, at which point you can register it directly where you want to use it.
