  Can someone assist with cancelling and refunding me for the gcmfit.com web address? I’m not sure of the login info and password for the account.

  I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  If you could please fill out our account recovery form, The Account Recovery Team will see what they can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.
