  I had subscribed to Starter plan & domain transfer service. Within 2-3hrs I realized this is not the right plan for me and canceled it but I received only 50% refund instead of the complete refund. Please help me get the remaining refund as well.

  Hi there!

  Thanks for getting in touch! When you purchased the Starter plan, it looked like you also indicated you wanted to transfer in the domain escvelocity.com. Unfortunately, we don’t automatically refund the cost of the domain in these instances because the domain may be mid-transfer.

  I just checked on our end and the transfer was never initialized. Since it’s still within our refund window, I refunded that remainder back to you. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
