CANCEL & REFUND OVER HOLIDAY PERIOD.

  I’m looking to cancel and get refund for my domain name. Since it’s over the holidays I’ve read and been told to put it here. I’m within the days to get refunded

  If you can cancel and refund my account.

  With regard to username accounts they are not deleted. Please see here for the explanation.

  Username will still stay the same just not the url? And a full refund will be done, is that all correct timethief?

  Staff will attend to this as soon as they can. Username accounts are not deleted. The underlying wordpress.com blog sub-domain you have been mapping from your domain to will still be there. The domain mapping will be removed.

  For your refund, please contact us directly via support@wordpress.com and reference this thread so we know when you originally requested it.

  Including the word “refund” in your email’s subject may also help to expedite the process.
