    Hi there,

    Are you referring to the upgrade you cancelled yesterday?

    Once a refund has been processed, it’s impossible for us to cancel/reverse the refund, so that plan has already been refunded and you’ll receive the refund in around ten business days, depending on your bank.

    But I see you’ve since already bought a new plan as well. If you need any more help with your site, you can open a new support request at https://wordpress.com/help/contact, where you’ll have access to live chat or email support :)
