  Cancel and I never authorized renewal

  Howdy –

  Once the payment dispute is canceled I’ll be able to issue a refund. The dispute locks up the funds so I’m unable to release them.

  After we process a refund the funds will reach you in about ten business days (or sooner) whereas the payment dispute will take months.

  I canceled the dispute with PayPal.
  After my refund is processed please cancel my account.

  Hi –

  It looks like PayPal has not yet processed your request. Please give them a call and request the dispute be cancelled via phone – this usually works a bit quicker. Typically, the cancellation shows within minutes on our side.
