Cancel Renewal

    I received an email saying I would be charged renewal on May 8, 2015. I do not even have a wordpress site anymore, so I need to ensure there is no subscription before I am charged again.

    Do you know what the renewal is for? A domain subscription? There is currently no upgrade under the account that you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have another account? It must be under a different one.

    If you happen to remember the details of the upgrade (domain, what WordPress.com it is connected to, etc.), it will help me find it and cancel it for you.

    Hi there, sorry for the delayed response. We canceled our plan (I thought) a while ago and transferred hosting to DreamHost. We also transferred registration of the domain kvilleentertainment.com to DreamHost.

    I just logged into WordPress on my phone for this account (swiftdevstudio), is that what was needed? We changed emails to the current one back when we did the transfer last fall.

    Oh OK,

    The old email was (email visible only to moderators and staff) – I do not have the credentials at the moment and am waiting on my boss for them. Is there any way we can delay the charge while I get this from my boss?

    Yes, I disabled auto-renew for now. So, the upgrades are still under the account, but you will not be charged for a renewal.
