  Can you please confirm for me that I will be reimbursed? I was surprised to see the automatic renewal, and canceled it within minutes of receiving this email from you. I did not receive a cancellation confirmation. Please confirm for me that the renewal has been canceled.

  1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?

  Note: Refund requests have time limitations.

  Refunds
  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Canceling upgrades
  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  Your billing history will be at Dashboard > Store > Billing History
