  after getting a renewal notice on a domain that has not been used for 3 years I logged into wordpress with the email address the noticed was recieved at only to get a ‘welcome to your new account’ message!! I signed in with an email that I still have a different site connected too but the domain i want to cancel is nowhere to be found in my payments section!

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
