Cancel renewal

    I haven’t used it since I created it – I can’t even log in or get my access back.

    So I would like to cancel the automatic renewal.

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
