Cancel Renewal and Website

  I have tried several times to cancel and refund my renewal, and every time it says ‘This upgrade cannot be cancelled’. When I tried to delete my website, in hopes that would cancel all future charges, it wouldn’t allow me because I have premium upgrades. I’m extremely frustrated and unhappy, this is not user friendly and it’s not providing me with any answers as to why my renewals cannot be cancelled and refunded.
  I initially started this process on January 5th, when I was charged $26. I would like my full refund and I would like my website deleted to stop any future charges.
