Cancel renewal Anti-Spam

  I have recieved at my trescols2@gmail address this notification: ‘Your Jetpack Anti-Spam purchase for les5sites.fr will renew automatically in 14 days. You don’t have to do anything — this is just a reminder.You will be charged $95.40 for this renewal on May 31, 2022.’ Your page says this is linked to another account (?) for which I do not have proof of purchase, ID etc… I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW this Anti-Spam and do not know how to deactivate the automatic renewal. Thanks in advance. Martin Ransom

  We can only help if you’re logged into the correct user account that owns the upgrade.

  Please contact Jetpack Support from the same email address where you received the renewal notice and they will be able to locate and help cancel that subscription for you.
