  I just got charged my renewal membership. How do I cancel and get a refund?

  Hi there,

  To cancel a domain or plan you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account and go to the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings. Click on the domain and then the button to Cancel.

  You can cancel your plan via Manage Purchases. Click the button to Cancel below the plan details. Follow the prompts to cancel your plan.

  Regarding refunds

  For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.
