Cancel renewal of domain

    Hi there — I’d like to cancel the renewal of my domain, whenalyssawrites.com — I received an email this morning about the renewal, but can’t figure out my login information to check. Would you be able to cancel the renewal?

    If you haven’t done so already, please try logging in using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to. That email address can also be used to reset the account password if you are unable to remember it:

    Recover Your Account

    The domain can then be cancelled from the Manage Purchases page in the other account.

    It’s worth noting that there is no guarantee you will be able to register whenalyssawrites.com again once it has been cancelled. I can look at your options if you wish to use it elsewhere.
