I have left several voicemails because no one ever answers the phone. Which I had to struggle to find because you don’t list contact information anywhere.

I understand the frustration of not being able to delete your account. Removing the ability to delete your account prevents others from creating an account under your name and impersonating you. What you can do is remove all information from your sites and account and essentially make it a fake account. For removing all site info, you can follow the instructions provided at https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ to go about deleting your site forever. By changing all your information, creating a throwaway email, and redirecting your account to said throwaway email, your account will successfully be “deleted”.
