  Hi there,

  I see that prior to requesting the refund, you issued a chargeback against us at your bank. A chargeback is an accusation of fraud, and causes all upgrades to be removed from your site pending an investigation by our payment processor. This is not the proper way to get a refund on a payment.

  Chargebacks and Disputes

  It appears our payment processor has since denied your chargeback request, meaning we are now able to refund you ourselves. Please note the following:

  In order to refund your domain payment, we’ll have to cancel the domain, fortunegoldrealestate.com. Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

  Because you used plugins on your site, we will also need to revert your site back to how it was before you installed any plugins before we can cancel your Business Plan. There is a risk that some content on your site may be lost if we do that.

  Please confirm both whether you definitely want to cancel the domain, and whether we can revert your site so we can refund the Business Plan payment.
