  Hey there,

  You can cancel any WordPress.com plan with 30 days of purchase by going to your Manage Purchases dashboard and canceling both directly from there. You do need to be signed in with the account that made the purchases if it isn’t this one.

  You can cancel your subscription via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  As @austinsangs mentioned, you can manage your purchases directly from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/, however, I don’t see any sites under the account you’re writing us from.
  What’s the address of the site you want to cancel?
