My paypal account was charged $117 for an account I had in 2017 and did not renew in 2018 . I have no active account and do not wish to start one and I can not speak to anyone, I want my money refunded I have been trying to reach someone since the 15th of this month and all I get is a form response. I want my money back

I don’t have an answer by your site info I don’t have one either; below is the message that I was given, when I used the form – so until somebody calls [redacted] me or refunds my money- I’m gonna keep using this form!!

I disputed with paypal the payment was made and sent the payment. paypal states it is a reoccurring payment and that is why they paid it

The payment was valid or hit my bank on 7/17 please refund my money.

We cannot issue a refund unless you cancel the chargeback. Please contact PayPal and ask them to cancel the chargeback. Then, we’ll be able to assist.

It is apparent that this company does not have any customer service, I have already exhausted all the options you have provided -the problem is a WordPress issue and you need to correct it. I did that the account has no bill and or payments Your system made an error, if I had access to your internal system, I would correct it . Your company needs to resolve it.
