Cancel service and refund

Hi, I purchases the WordPress.com Premium plan for 1 year on 11/15/18.
here is my account: lucyliu76 ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).
I cancelled it on 12/17 since it’s hard for me to setup the website I wanted.
Since I only used the service for 1 month, I think I should get the refund for the left 11 months, right?

According to this support doc https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. You’ve exceeded that, but I see a tag has already been added to ask a member of staff to reply to you.

I was still able to issue a late refund for this upgrade as you only missed the refund cut-off by a couple days, but what @themagicrobot said above is correct – we have a 30-day refund period, and we do not offer pro-rated refunds if you cancel a plan after that time.
You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
