Hi I am not using the wordpress anymore, and I forgot to remove the card on file. Today I notice you guys have charged it again, can you guys cancel the service and provide a refund?

Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please? Did you disable auto-renew?

Thanks everyone. Site owners can cancel services on their own over at https://wordpress.com/purchases — and I can see that’s already done. The full refund has already been issued. You should expect to see it in your bank account within the next several businesses days.
